Facts
The appellant [X.] is accused of having threatened and coerced the victim [A.] on May 20, June 22, and June 29, 2013. The High Court of the Canton of Zurich subsequently convicted him of multiple counts of threat and coercion. [X.] appeals the judgment in criminal matters.
The Federal Supreme Court dismisses the appeal. It finds that the lower court did not arbitrarily establish the facts and correctly applied the criminal offenses of threat and coercion. The statements of the victim were rightly considered credible, and the reasoning of the judgment meets the legal requirements.

The Federal Supreme Court considers the examination of the victim as an informant instead of as a witness to be unproblematic, as this does not impair the admissibility of her statements. The fact that the court of first instance did not formally declare the taking of evidence closed also does not lead to the nullity of the proceedings.
