Facts
A., born in 1980, with a vocational training certificate as a carpenter, has been pursuing an engineering degree since October 2004. From September 11, 2006 to October 6, 2006, he was temporarily employed by C. AG and was therefore compulsorily insured against the consequences of accidents with the Swiss Accident Insurance Institution (Suva). On September 26, 2006, he fell from a ladder during this work and sustained, among other injuries, a basal skull fracture with severe traumatic brain injury. The Suva awarded him an integrity indemnity with a corresponding loss of 50% in a decision dated September 2, 2011.
After further clarifications and integration measures taken by the Disability Insurance, the Suva decided on January 10, 2020 on the pension entitlement: With a degree of disability of 49%, it awarded A. a monthly disability pension of CHF 196.90 from August 2019, based on an insured annual income of CHF 6,027. In a decision on the objection dated April 6, 2020, the institution increased the degree of disability to 51%, which resulted in a monthly pension amount of CHF 204.90 with an unchanged insured income.

The vocational training itself must be "causally causal" for the smaller, atypical wage. Furthermore, the insured employment, i.e. the insured training period, must be the same as the future employment of the newly trained colleagues.
In the present case, the appellant has achieved his primary training goal with the acquired apprenticeship certificate as a carpenter and therefore does not fall within the scope of Art. 24 para. 3 UVV. His accident with disabling consequences did not occur during the training itself, but during the exercise of an employment that was limited in time from the…
