Facts
The case concerns J., who parked his passenger car in a parking area near the Zurich main train station. At this location, the regulatory sign "No Parking" with the additional sign "Except for Loading and Unloading" was displayed.

The single judge in criminal matters of the District of Zurich convicted J. of violating traffic regulations within the meaning of Art. 90 No. 1 RTA in conjunction with Art. 27 para. 1 RTA and Art. 19 para. 2 lit. a TRO as well as Art. 30 para. 1 RTO, committed by parking in a no-parking zone, to a fine of 60 Swiss francs. The High Court of the Canton of Zurich dismissed the cantonal nullity appeal filed by J. against this.
J. now files a federal nullity appeal with the request that the judgment of the High Court be set aside and the matter be remanded to the lower court for his acquittal or, alternatively, for a new assessment.
