Facts
The appellant [X.] was charged by the Public Prosecutor's Office in Baden for serious violation of traffic regulations by exceeding the permitted maximum speed by 36 km/h. The Public Prosecutor's Office issued a criminal order, against which [X.] filed an objection. The District Court of Baden found him guilty and sentenced him.
