Facts
[A.] , born in 1953, was employed at the company [B.] since May 1989. The employer terminated the employment relationship due to [A.] 's mental illness on June 30, 2011. On February 10, 2010, [A.] had registered with the Disability Insurance (IV) due to this condition. By mutual agreement, the termination was converted into a voluntary early retirement as of July 31, 2011. On August 21, 2011, [A.] applied for unemployment benefits as of August 1, 2011, but at the same time informed that he was fully incapacitated for work. By decision of November 4, 2011, the Office for Economy and Labour (AWA) of the Canton of Aargau denied a claim for unemployment benefits due to lack of placement ability for the period from August 1 to October 31, 2011, and instructed the Public Unemployment Insurance Fund of the Canton of Aargau to pay unemployment benefits to the insured person from November 1, 2011, within the scope of its advance payment obligation. The objection filed by [A.] against this was upheld by the Objection Authority of the AWA with the objection decision of January 19, 2012, with the instruction to the Unemployment Insurance Fund to provide daily allowance benefits from August 1, 2011, as the complaints from August to October 2011 had been a temporary illness without connection to the mental illness.Considerations
