Facts

[D. AG] and the general partnership [C.] (respondents) formed the consortium [B.] . On 15 September 1998, they concluded an architectural contract with [A. AG] (appellant) for the development "[B.] ". On 4 February 2010, the respondents filed a claim with the Cantonal Court of Zug and demanded the release of documents related to the preparation of the final accounts for the development. The Cantonal Court of Zug partially upheld the claim for release, which was confirmed by the Cantonal Court of Zug. [A. AG] appealed against this judgment to the Federal Supreme Court.
