Facts

The appellant [X.] was provisionally deprived of his driving licence by the Traffic Office of the Canton of Schwyz on 22 April 2010 and ordered to undergo a traffic medicine examination. The reason for this was that on 18 February 2010, [X.] had driven a vehicle under the influence of cannabis and alcohol and had admitted to being addicted to hashish. The Institute of Forensic Medicine concluded that [X.] 's fitness to drive was to be denied due to his addiction behaviour. Consequently, on 4 October 2010, the Traffic Office ordered an indefinite revocation for security reasons. On 11 August 2011, [X.] regained his driving licence under conditions, which were lifted on 22 August 2012. On 6 December 2012, the Traffic Office provisionally revoked [X.] 's driving licence again, as there was a strong suspicion that he was again drug-addicted. During a house search, large quantities of narcotics were seized from him, which he claimed to be consuming. [X.] 's appeal against this was rejected by the Administrative Court of the Canton of Schwyz on 26 February 2013.
