• Multiple forgery of documents in connection with the founding of [A. AG] , 177 joint-stock companies with shares and participation certificates of [A. AG] as contributions in kind, 29 joint-stock companies with shares of [B. AG] as contributions in kind, and 6 self-founded joint-stock companies with shares of [C. AG] as contributions in kind
• Multiple incitement to forgery of documents in office in the certification of 132 companies with shares and participation certificates of [A. AG] and 29 companies with shares of [B. AG] as contributions in kind
• Multiple obtaining of a false certification through registration for entry in the commercial register of [A. AG] , 177 companies with shares of [A. AG] and 29 companies with shares of [B. AG] as contributions in kind, as well as 6 self-founded companies with shares of [C. AG] as contributions in kind
• Multiple false statements about commercial businesses through publication of the commercial register entries
