Facts
The municipality of Salvan filed a request for revision of a judgment rendered by the Federal Tribunal. The request meets the formal requirements provided by law. The Federal Tribunal can rule on this request itself, in a special composition if necessary. Revision is an extraordinary legal remedy, limited to the cases enumerated by law. Art. 136 let. d FJA, invoked by the municipality, applies when the Federal Tribunal has inadvertently failed to take into account an important fact in the case file. This does not concern the legal assessment of the facts, but only the consideration of a fact that emerges from the case file. The municipality of Salvan does not demonstrate that the Federal Tribunal failed to recognize such an important fact in its previous judgment.Considerations
The Federal Tribunal rejects the municipality of Salvan's request for revision. Revision is not a means of correcting any errors of law committed by the judge. Art. 136 let. d FJA is intended solely for cases where the judge has inadvertently failed to take into account an important fact in the case file, which is not the case here.
