Art. 15 OASIA

Vollstreckung von Beitragsforderungen

1 Beiträge, die auf erfolgte Mahnung hin nicht bezahlt werden, sind ohne Verzug auf dem Wege der Betreibung einzuziehen, soweit sie nicht mit fälligen Renten verrechnet werden können.
2 Die Beiträge werden in der Regel auch gegenüber einem der Konkursbetreibung unterliegenden Schuldner auf dem Wege der Pfändung eingetrieben (Art. 43 des Bundesgesetzes vom 11. April 1889 über Schuldbetreibung und Konkurs).
