Ordentliche Renten im Ausland

1 Im Ausland wohnende Rentenberechtigte erhalten die Renten durch die Schweizerische Ausgleichskasse. Für im Ausland wohnende Angehörige religiöser Gemeinschaften kann das BSV Ausnahmen vorsehen.
2 Das BSV ordnet die Zuständigkeit für die Auszahlung der Renten an Berechtigte, die nach Eintritt des Versicherungsfalles in die Schweiz zurückkehren.
