Art. 66bis OASIO

Hilflosenentschädigung

1 Für die Bemessung der Hilflosigkeit ist Artikel 37 Absätze 1, 2 Buchstaben a und b sowie 3 Buchstaben a–d der Verordnung vom 17. Januar 1961 über die Invalidenversicherung (IVV) sinngemäss anwendbar.
2 Für die Revision der Hilflosenentschädigung sind die Artikel 87–88bis IVV sinngemäss anwendbar.
3 Als Heim im Sinne von Artikel 43bis Abs. 1bis AHVG gilt jede Einrichtung, die von einem Kanton als Heim anerkannt wird oder über eine kantonale Betriebsbewilligung als Heim verfügt.
