Ergebnis der Sicherheitskontrolle im Dublin-Verfahren
Ergibt die Sicherheitskontrolle am Flughafen nach Artikel 21a oder im Zentrum des Bundes nach Artikel 26, dass die asylsuchende Person eine Gefahr für die innere Sicherheit darstellt, so wird kein Dublin-Verfahren zur Aufnahme nach Artikel 39 der Verordnung (EU) 2024/1351 durchgeführt.
