Grundsatz
Die Rechtsstellung der Flüchtlinge in der Schweiz richtet sich nach dem für Ausländerinnen und Ausländer geltenden Recht, soweit nicht besondere Bestimmungen, namentlich dieses Gesetzes und der Flüchtlingskonvention vom 28. Juli 1951 anwendbar sind.
