Beschwerdefrist

1 Die Beschwerde ist innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach der Eröffnung des Einspracheentscheides oder der Verfügung, gegen welche eine Einsprache ausgeschlossen ist, einzureichen.
2 Die Artikel 38–41 sind sinngemäss anwendbar.
