Rückforderungsverfügung

1 Über den Umfang der Rückforderung wird eine Verfügung erlassen.
2 Der Versicherer weist in der Rückforderungsverfügung auf die Möglichkeit des Erlasses hin.
3 Der Versicherer verfügt den Verzicht auf die Rückforderung, wenn offensichtlich ist, dass die Voraussetzungen für den Erlass gegeben sind.
