Altersleistungen

1 Altersleistungen der AHV und der beruflichen Vorsorge werden von der Arbeitslosenentschädigung abgezogen.
2 Abs. 1 gilt auch für Personen, die eine Altersleistung einer ausländischen obligatorischen oder freiwilligen Altersversicherung beziehen, unabhängig davon, ob es sich um eine ordentliche Altersleistung oder um eine Vorruhestandsleistung handelt.
