Überprüfung der Vermittlungsfähigkeit und des Umfangs des anrechenbaren Arbeitsausfalls

¹ Hält die zuständige Amtsstelle die versicherte Person nicht für vermittlungsfähig oder ändert sich der Umfang des anrechenbaren Arbeitsausfalls, so gibt sie dies der Arbeitslosenkasse bekannt.

² Die Amtsstelle erlässt ihren Entscheid darüber in Form einer Verfügung.
