Art. 81 UIO

Teilnahme an Bildungs- oder Beschäftigungsmassnahmen

1 Die kantonale Amtsstelle darf eine Weisung oder Zustimmung zur Teilnahme an einer Bildungs- oder Beschäftigungsmassnahme nur erteilen, wenn diese nach einem im Voraus festgelegten Programm und von sachkundigen Personen durchgeführt wird.
2 Ausgeschlossen sind berufs- und betriebsübliche Massnahmen zur Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter.
3 Für die Frist zur Einreichung des Gesuches um Zustimmung gilt Artikel 81e Abs. 1 sinngemäss.
