Art. 86 RLRA

Anmerkung im Grundbuch

1 Im Grundbuch sind anzumerken:
  1. a. landwirtschaftliche Grundstücke in der Bauzone, die diesem Gesetz unterstellt sind (Art. 2);
  2. b. nichtlandwirtschaftliche Grundstücke ausserhalb der Bauzone, die diesem Gesetz nicht unterstellt sind (Art. 2).
2 Der Bundesrat bestimmt die Ausnahmen von der Anmerkungspflicht und regelt die Voraussetzungen, unter denen eine Anmerkung von Amtes wegen gelöscht wird.
