Parteien
1 Parteien sind:
- a. die beschuldigte Person;
- b. die Privatklägerschaft;
- c. im Haupt- und im Rechtsmittelverfahren: die Staatsanwaltschaft.
2 Bund und Kantone können weiteren Behörden, die öffentliche Interessen zu wahren haben, volle oder beschränkte Parteirechte einräumen.
