1 Über Konflikte über die Rechtshilfe zwischen Behörden des gleichen Kantons entscheidet die Beschwerdeinstanz dieses Kantons endgültig.
2 Über Konflikte zwischen Behörden des Bundes und der Kantone sowie zwischen Behörden verschiedener Kantone entscheidet das Bundesstrafgericht.
