Art. 74 FCPA

1 Das Urteil ist sofort vollstreckbar.
2 Macht das Urteil die einer Partei auferlegte Leistung von einer Bedingung oder Gegenleistung abhängig, so ist es vollstreckbar, sobald das Bundesgericht festgestellt hat, dass die Bedingung eingetreten oder die Gegenleistung erbracht ist. Die Feststellung erfolgt auf Antrag des Berechtigten nach Anhörung des Pflichtigen und amtlicher Erhebung des Sachverhalts ohne Parteiverhandlung.
