Art. 1 SBA

1 Die Bestimmungen des Bundesgesetzes vom 6. Oktober 2000 über den Allgemeinen Teil des Sozialversicherungsrechts (ATSG) sind auf die Leistungen nach dem 2. Kapitel anwendbar, soweit das vorliegende Gesetz nicht ausdrücklich eine Abweichung vom ATSG vorsieht.
2 Die Artikel 32 und 33 ATSG sind auf die Leistungen der gemeinnützigen Institutionen nach dem 3. Kapitel anwendbar.
