Art. 22 LECO

Entschädigung für Personen im Ausland

1 Die Entschädigung für Personen, die im Ausland wohnen, wird in Schweizer Franken festgesetzt.
2 Die Auszahlung der Entschädigung erfolgt in der Währung des Wohnsitzstaates. Für die Umrechnung in die Fremdwährung gilt Artikel 20 Abs. 2 der Verordnung vom 26. Mai 1961 über die freiwillige Alters- Hinterlassenen- und Invalidenversicherung sinngemäss.
