Art. 1 FAA

1 Die Bestimmungen des Bundesgesetzes vom 6. Oktober 2000 über den Allgemeinen Teil des Sozialversicherungsrechts (ATSG) sind auf die Familienzulagen anwendbar, soweit das vorliegende Gesetz nicht ausdrücklich eine Abweichung vom ATSG vorsieht. Nicht anwendbar sind die Artikel 76 Absätze 1bis und 2 und 78 ATSG.
2 Die Bestimmungen des ATSG sind auf die Finanzhilfen an Familienorganisationen nicht anwendbar.
