Auszahlung an Dritte
1 Werden die Familienzulagen nicht für die Bedürfnisse einer Person verwendet, für die sie bestimmt sind, so kann diese Person oder ihr gesetzlicher Vertreter verlangen, dass ihr die Familienzulagen in Abweichung von Artikel 20 Abs. 1 ATSG auch ohne Fürsorgeabhängigkeit ausgerichtet werden.
2 Auf begründetes Gesuch hin kann die Ausbildungszulage in Abweichung von Artikel 20 Abs. 1 ATSG direkt dem mündigen Kind ausgerichtet werden.
