Art. 1 FAO

Ausbildungszulage

1 Ein Anspruch auf eine Ausbildungszulage besteht für Kinder, die eine Ausbildung im Sinne der Artikel 49bis und 49ter der Verordnung vom 31. Oktober 1947 über die Alters- und Hinterlassenenversicherung absolvieren.
2 Als nachobligatorische Ausbildung gilt die Ausbildung, welche auf die obligatorische Schule folgt. Dauer und Ende der obligatorischen Schule richten sich nach den jeweiligen kantonalen Bestimmungen.
