Veröffentlichung der aufsichtsrechtlichen Verfügung

¹ Liegt eine schwere Verletzung aufsichtsrechtlicher Bestimmungen vor, so kann die FINMA ihre Endverfügung nach Eintritt der Rechtskraft unter Angabe von Personendaten in elektronischer oder gedruckter Form veröffentlichen.

² Die Veröffentlichung ist in der Verfügung selber anzuordnen.
