Mit Busse bis zu 100 000 Franken wird bestraft, wer einer von der FINMA unter Hinweis auf die Strafdrohung dieses Artikels ergangenen rechtskräftigen Verfügung oder einem Entscheid der Rechtsmittelinstanzen vorsätzlich nicht Folge leistet.
