1 Der Bundesrat vollzieht dieses Gesetz. Vorbehalten bleibt die Zuständigkeit der ComCom.
2 Der Bundesrat kann den Erlass der notwendigen administrativen und technischen Vorschriften dem BAKOM übertragen.
