Teil- oder Gesamtliquidation

¹ Bei einer Teil- oder Gesamtliquidation der Vorsorgeeinrichtung besteht neben dem Anspruch auf die Austrittsleistung ein individueller oder kollektiver Anspruch auf freie Mittel.

² Die Teil- oder Gesamtliquidation richtet sich nach den Artikeln 53b–53d, 72a Abs. 4 und 72c Abs. 1 Buchstaben b und c BVG .
