Sorgfaltspflicht

¹ Wer mit Heilmitteln umgeht, muss dabei alle Massnahmen treffen, die nach dem Stand von Wissenschaft und Technik erforderlich sind, damit die Gesundheit von Mensch und Tier nicht gefährdet wird.

² Bei Komplementärarzneimitteln ohne Indikationsangabe ist der Stand von Wissenschaft und Technik, unter Einbezug der Prinzipien der entsprechenden Therapierichtung, zu beachten.
