Begriffe

Im Sinne dieser Verordnung gelten als:
  1. a. Gewerbe: eine selbstständige, auf dauernden Erwerb gerichtete wirtschaftliche Tätigkeit;
  2. b. Rechtsdomizil: die Adresse, unter der die Rechtseinheit an ihrem Sitz erreicht werden kann.
