Nachtrag

Das Handelsregisteramt trägt auf Antrag oder von Amtes wegen angemeldete und belegte Tatsachen, die es versehentlich nicht eingetragen hat, nachträglich ein. Der Nachtrag muss als solcher bezeichnet und in das Tagesregister aufgenommen werden.
