Art. 78 CRO

Kapitalherabsetzung im Fall einer Unterbilanz

1 Wird das Stammkapital zur teilweisen oder vollständigen Beseitigung einer durch Verluste entstandenen Unterbilanz herabgesetzt, so müssen dem Handelsregisteramt mit der Anmeldung zur Eintragung die Belege nach Artikel 56 Abs. 1 eingereicht werden.
2 Für den Inhalt des Eintrags gilt Artikel 56 Abs. 3 sinngemäss.
