Art. 119 PILA
1 Verträge über Grundstücke oder deren Gebrauch unterstehen dem Recht des Staates, in dem sich die Grundstücke befinden.
2 Eine Rechtswahl ist zulässig.
3 Die Form untersteht dem Recht des Staates, in dem sich das Grundstück befindet, es sei denn, dieses Recht lasse die Anwendung eines anderen Rechts zu. Für ein Grundstück in der Schweiz richtet sich die Form nach schweizerischem Recht.
