Art. 111 IMAC

Vollzug

1 Der Bundesrat erlässt die Ausführungsbestimmungen.
2 Er kann eine ständige Kommission einsetzen zur Begutachtung der Frage, ob die Bedeutung der Tat die Erteilung von Auskünften aus dem Geheimbereich rechtfertigt. Die Kommissionsmitglieder sind wie die Beamten des Bundes zur Geheimhaltung verpflichtet.
