Art. 66 InvIA

Anwendbare Bestimmungen des AHVG

1 Soweit dieses Gesetz nichts Abweichendes bestimmt, gelten sinngemäss die Bestimmungen des AHVG über:
  1. a. die Informationssysteme (Art. 49a, 49b und 72a Abs. 2 Bst. b AHVG);
  2. b. die Register (Art. 49c–49e AHVG);
  3. c. das Bearbeiten von Personendaten (Art. 49f AHVG);
  4. d. die systematische Verwendung der AHV-Nummer (Art. 50c und 153b – 153i AHVG);
  5. e. die Arbeitgeber (Art. 51 und 52 AHVG);
  6. f. die Ausgleichskassen (Art. 53–70 AHVG);
  7. g. die Zentrale Ausgleichsstelle (Art. 71 AHVG);
  8. h. die Vergütung und Übernahme der Kosten (Art. 95 AHVG).
2 Die Haftung für Schäden richtet sich nach Artikel 78 ATSG und sinngemäss nach den Artikeln 52, 70 und 71a AHVG.
