Art. 48 JCLA

Einrichtungen für den Vollzug der Unterbringung und des Freiheitsentzuges

Die Kantone errichten bis spätestens zehn Jahre nach Inkrafttreten dieses Gesetzes die notwendigen Einrichtungen für den Vollzug der Unterbringung (Art. 15) und des Freiheitsentzugs (Art. 27).
