Gegenstand

Dieses Gesetz regelt, unter Vorbehalt von Artikel 3 Abs. 2 des Jugendstrafgesetzes vom 20. Juni 2003 (JStG), die Verfolgung und Beurteilung der Straftaten nach Bundesrecht, die von Jugendlichen im Sinne von Artikel 3 Abs. 1 JStG verübt worden sind, sowie den Vollzug der gegen sie verhängten Sanktionen.
