Art. 29 JCrimPC

Vorsorgliche Anordnung von Schutzmassnahmen und Anordnung der Beobachtung

1 Die vorsorglichen Schutzmassnahmen und die Beobachtung werden schriftlich angeordnet und begründet.
2 Die stationäre Beobachtung ist angemessen auf die Strafe anzurechnen. Für den Vollzug ist Artikel 16 JStG sinngemäss anwendbar.
