Art. 1 HIBO

Gegenstand

Diese Verordnung regelt:
  1. a. die Anforderungen an die Fahrpläne von Unternehmen und Branchen zur Erreichung des Netto-Null-Ziels (Art. 5 KlG);
  2. b. die Förderung von neuartigen Technologien und Prozessen, die der Umsetzung der Fahrpläne oder einzelner Massnahmen davon dienen (Art. 6 KlG);
  3. c. die Absicherung von Risiken von Investitionen in öffentliche Infrastrukturbauten, die für die Erreichung des Netto-Null-Ziels notwendig sind (Art. 7 KlG);
  4. d. das Netzwerk für die Anpassung an die und den Schutz vor den Auswirkungen des Klimawandels (Art. 8 KlG);
  5. e. den freiwilligen Klimatest zur Überprüfung der klimaverträglichen Ausrichtung der Finanzmittelflüsse (Art. 9 KlG).
