Herstellung, Vermittlung, Ausfuhr und Durchfuhr
Die Herstellung, die Vermittlung, die Ausfuhr und die Durchfuhr von Kriegsmaterial für Empfänger im Ausland werden bewilligt, wenn dies dem Völkerrecht, den internationalen Verpflichtungen und den Grundsätzen der schweizerischen Aussenpolitik nicht widerspricht.
