Art. 65 BOPO

1 Innerhalb der Anfechtungsfrist darf die Konkursverwaltung die im Kollokationsplan getroffene Entscheidung nur so lange abändern, als nicht eine Klage gegen die Masse oder einen andern Gläubiger angehoben ist.
2 Die Abänderung ist neu zu publizieren (Art. 67 Abs. 3).
