Art. 1a HIA

Geltungsbereich

1 Dieses Gesetz regelt die soziale Krankenversicherung. Sie umfasst die obligatorische Krankenpflegeversicherung und eine freiwillige Taggeldversicherung.
2 Die soziale Krankenversicherung gewährt Leistungen bei:
  1. a. Krankheit (Art. 3 ATSG );
  2. b. Unfall (Art. 4 ATSG), soweit dafür keine Unfallversicherung aufkommt;
  3. c. Mutterschaft (Art. 5 ATSG).
