Art. 72 MCC

1 Wer vorsätzlich ein Reglement oder eine andere Dienstvorschrift nicht befolgt, wird mit Geldstrafe bestraft.
2 Handelt der Täter fahrlässig, so kann auf Busse erkannt werden.
3 In leichten Fällen erfolgt disziplinarische Bestrafung.
4 In Kriegszeiten kann auf Freiheitsstrafe oder auf Geldstrafe erkannt werden.
