Art. 84 MCC

1 Mit Busse wird bestraft, wer ein Delikt nach den Artikeln 81–83 begeht, wenn er:
  1. a. zum Zivildienst zugelassen wird;
  2. b. dem waffenlosen Dienst zugewiesen wird;
  3. c. dienstuntauglich erklärt wird und die Dienstuntauglichkeit bereits im Zeitpunkt der Tat bestanden hat.
2 In leichten Fällen erfolgt disziplinarische Bestrafung.
3 Straflos bleibt, wer im Zeitpunkt der Tat nicht einrückungsfähig gewesen ist.
