Geldleistungen bei Freiheitsentzug (Art. 21 Abs. 5 ATSG )

Hat der Versicherte Angehörige, denen im Falle seines Todes ein Rentenanspruch zustehen würde, so sind ihnen Taggeld oder Invalidenrente während des Straf- und Massnahmevollzugs ganz oder teilweise auszurichten, sofern sie ohne diese Leistung in Not geraten würden.
