Patente, die beim Inkrafttreten der Änderung vom 22. Juni 2007 dieses Gesetzes noch nicht erloschen sind, unterstehen von diesem Zeitpunkt an dem neuen Recht. Die Nichtigkeitsgründe richten sich weiterhin nach dem alten Recht.
